November is here already—how did that happen? My schedule is full: my son’s wedding in Gilbert, AZ is next week, followed by a reception in Utah the week after. It’s time to get organized and enjoy the season.

With cooler days upon us, soup season has arrived. My loaded baked potato soup is a favorite—creamy, comforting, and easy to make. If you haven’t tried it yet, it’s worth a spot on this week’s menu. I’m also excited about the tater tot breakfast casserole—because tater tots are always a hit!

If you’re planning desserts for Thanksgiving, consider testing the caramel apple cheesecake bars this week. They’re a perfect seasonal treat and make a great trial run before the holiday.

Have a wonderful weekend! I always love hearing from you—if you make a recipe, tag me on Instagram (@jodi_lud_5boysbaker). Enjoy your meals and the time spent around the table.
