Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 watermelon large, seedless, cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice

Instructions

  • Place the frozen blueberries, watermelon chunks and lime juice in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a shallow, freezer-safe container and freeze for about 30 minutes. When you remove it, the texture should be slushy and partially frozen—use a fork to break it up.
  • If you prefer a firmer texture, return it to the freezer for another 30 minutes, then scrape or “shave” the surface with a fork into serving bowls. Serve immediately and enjoy.
