Mini Quiche

These are made in individual servings using small rounds of pie crust pressed into a muffin tin, then filled with a light, fluffy egg mixture. The result is a perfectly portioned, handheld quiche with a crisp crust and creamy center.

One of the best features of mini quiches is how flexible they are: add your favorite vegetables, deli meats, or cheeses to suit your taste or what’s in the fridge.

In the photos and the recipe below, the quiches are filled with ham and cheddar, finished with sliced green onions for freshness. Ham and cheese is a classic crowd-pleasing combination that’s hard to miss with.

Mini Quiche Crust

To keep this recipe quick and approachable, a store-bought pie crust is used for convenience. It reduces prep time and is easy to cut into rounds that fit into a muffin tin.

If you prefer a homemade crust, by all means use one—just expect a few extra steps. Both options yield delicious results.
