Sweet Treats for the Holidays: Book Launch and Giveaway

SWEET TREATS FOR THE HOLIDAYS BOOK LAUNCH AND GIVEAWAY HAS ENDED.

What an incredible launch event! I loved meeting so many of you in person and sharing the excitement around my very first book. Thank you to everyone who attended and purchased a copy—your support made the event a complete sell-out. I am truly grateful and humbled by the warm reception.

Barbara Corcoran, noted real estate expert and Shark Tank star, was incredibly kind and generous with her endorsement of my book. It was an honor to have her belief in this project—truly a highlight of the launch.

On a personal note, my sons officially think their mom is cool now. Moments like that made the day even more special.

My host and partner, Wight’s Home & Garden, decorated beautifully for the book launch on October 25 in Lynnwood, WA, creating a festive atmosphere that matched the spirit of the book.

They called me a local celebrity — I’ll admit I blushed!

BOOK SIGNING AT WIGHT’S HOME AND GARDEN

Attendees received thoughtfully assembled goody bags filled with candy from SweetWorks, homemade cookies, a bookmark, and a charming cupcake charm. The bags were dressed up with handmade tulle rosettes courtesy of Fizzy Party, which added a lovely, handcrafted touch.

A glittery, festive banner from The Purple Pug brightened the space and added to the celebratory vibe. Every detail helped make the event feel special and welcoming.

The turnout was amazing. I was genuinely moved by how many people showed up to celebrate and buy a copy of the book. Seeing so many smiling faces in one room was unforgettable.

I signed so many copies my hand cramped up, but I didn’t mind one bit. Every signature was a small moment of connection with a reader, and it was well worth the effort.

Special thanks to Tiffany of Fizzy Party for driving up from Portland to celebrate—your support meant so much. It was wonderful to have friends and fellow creators there to share the moment.

I am also grateful to the local media for helping spread the word. Thank you to New Day Northwest for the television feature, to Bob Schmidt at Talk Radio 1490 for the interview, and to the Mukilteo Beacon for the wonderful write-up. Your coverage helped bring more readers to the event.

Because of your support, copies sold out not only at Wight’s Home & Garden but also at the nearby Barnes & Noble and temporarily on Amazon. I appreciate every single purchase and every encouraging word from readers and friends.

Thank you again to everyone who attended, cheered, and helped make the launch such a success. Your enthusiasm made all the planning and hard work worthwhile.
